Prices are per month in Australian dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe; Surplu never sees your card details. To change or cancel a plan, contact us through support and we will sort it out.

What counts as an active job?
Jobs you are currently running. Finishing a job frees the slot for the next one, and you can keep as much history as you like — the limit is about work in progress, not about how much you have done.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access to the application is restricted until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted — your jobs, transactions and reports are waiting when you subscribe.
